We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with brand tags and return tags attached as they were when received (not removed and reattached), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return?

• Visit your ACCOUNT PAGE to request a return. The return shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
• Login to your account
• View your order history and select the eligible items you want to return
• Once your request is approved, you will be emailed a PREPAID return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What items are returnable?

• Items that are unused, unworn, undamaged and in resalable condition
• Items that are in the original packaging with all the brand tags and return tags intact (not removed and reattached),
  

What items are non-refundable?

 The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• FINAL SALE items 
• Any shipping fees that were paid

The item I received is damaged!

Please inspect your order upon receipt and reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can the items be exchanged?

We do not currently process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please start a return from your account page, return your item and purchase the item you would like. Since our stock is frequently changing, to ensure that you receive the item you want, we recommend ordering the replacement item promptly, while it is still in stock, rather than waiting for your refund to store credit to arrive.

What are the refund options?

Refunds are issued back to your method of payment.

How do I ship back the items?

Login to your account to Start A Return. Once you enter your email address a link will be sent guiding you to your Order History. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Return.

Once you complete the Returns process and your return is approved, a Packing Slip + Prepaid Return label will be emailed directly to you. Print the label out and send your package back. Please ensure that ALL APPROVED ITEMS listed on the Packing Slip are included in the SAME package.

To return an item from outside the United States, log in to your account to Start A Return. Once you enter your email address a link will be sent guiding you to your Order History. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Return.

Once you complete the Returns process and your return is approved, you will be instructed to ship the item back to us using an authorized carrier of your choice. Unfortunately, we do not provide prepaid return labels for out side the United States.

How soon will I get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days minus the $9.95 return shipping fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
